We offer a variety of different classes that fit the needs of every individual, no matter what your goals are.
If you want to be in and out quick, we offer a 30 minute express class. If you just want a quick bout of cardio and core, try our new burn class. If you want a full length workout that will leave you feeling energized and ready for the day, we offer a full 45 minute class with dedicated strength training. Each one of our classes can be adapted to any fitness level or injury.
