FITNESS CLASSES

We offer a variety of different classes that fit the needs of every individual, no matter what your goals are.


If you want to be in and out quick, we offer a 30 minute express class. If you just want a quick bout of cardio and core, try our new burn class. If you want a full length workout that will leave you feeling energized and ready for the day, we offer a full 45 minute class with dedicated strength training. Each one of our classes can be adapted to any fitness level or injury.

Our 45 minute Met/Con class includes:


  • Full length warm up
  • 10-12 minute strength portion
  • 15-20 minute conditioning and strength workout

Open gym is the perfect opportunity for you to complete the workout of the day, or use the gym in your own way and create your own workout!

BURN CLASS

Our 30 minute Burn class includes:

  • Cardio featuring our Concept 2 rowers, ski erg, assault bikes, and running
  • Core work

STRENGTH CLASS

Our strength class breaks down movements and focuses on a different muscle group each class to help perfect form and build up your strength! You'll see improvements in yourself each and every class.
